Delighted or Disappointed?

So I had a week off...

I had a week off both diet and exercise, bit of camping, some eating out and now a cold. It's been really interesting from an observational point-of-view. I definitely have different eating habits and lots of food made me feel very ill indeed. I got halfway through the week and was cutting back and missing meals and started to feel better, then got my cold.

So to sum up, diet and exercise appears to be good for me, pizza and less structured exercise aren't so great but at least I know now how much this has helped me to lose weight and get fitter.

I continued to weigh myself so have a graph which is hilarious! Libra is so good at motivating continued good habits. :cool:

Yep, shows what would have continued to happen without doing 5:2, if you're worried about only losing a pound a week, think it could be a pound on a week easily...

I too had a week off and my weight is so high though the amount of food I ate does not correspond to the gain. I am have me period so I am blaming water retention and hormones. I was about to get a cold too so I started gurgling salt water and rinse my sinus and so far I am fine.

I am fasting today and had a walk with the dog early morning. I am so glad to be back to fasting...........

I'm glad your week off didn't result in too much weight gain and it shows how your eating habits have changed for the better BBT053. I wish Libra was available for the iPhone. I've tried other apps and they are rubbish.

What a beautiful chart, Ken, I didn't spread mine out enough.

I look at the trend weight too, which normally only changes by 100 g or so and that does make things easier. My weight fluctuates a lot in the day so this is much better for me. Now I only weigh once a day and have a definitive value.

It's so easy, I know some people don't like the idea but it's just click the number on the virtual tape measure and press a button. Simplest app ever and I'm not a great app user. :grin:

Hoping my cold goes soon too, should be back at the gym today but tidying up instead.
