It's important to have fun! Otherwise we wouldn't be able to stick to this WOE. It would've been much worse if you'd had to stick to some ridiculous scheme (like no carbs) while trying to celebrate!
This way, you've had some fun, you'll be back on track in no time!
2lbs a very small price to pay for a fortnight of celebrations. Your weight can fluctuate by more than that depending on time of day and how much mater you're retaining.. You'll be back to losing this week and on the downward trend again! Good Luck. X
How did you go?

A couple of weeks ago I also put on a kilo when I fasted less and indulged more during the school holidays but the following week it almost immediately came off. So fast in fact it did not even register on weekly weigh ins. Much faster than any of my other loss. Sometimes it can be easy come easy go.

If only all kilos / pounds were so obedient.
