Did you miss me
Just got back from a weeks all inclusive in Spain and decided before I went I was not going to worry about eating or drinking. With this WoL I'm not measuring speed of loss, it will come off again.
Just a 3 lb gain, which considering the heat and water retention I'm really pleased with. Did a couple of early sessions in the hotel gym which must of helped work off all that wine
What did strike me was my eating and drinking during the holiday was similar to how I lived before 5:2 , that just a few changes to what you eat rather than the quantity make the difference between loss and gain. (and Red Wine has a lot more calories than you realise)
Did my first post-holiday 10 mile cycle this morning to ease back into things, next fast day is Monday.
