I didn't Fail
08 Feb 2013, 09:56
Monday and Thursday are my fast days. Yesterday was going well, very well, until the evening, my car broke down and then the rest. By the time I got home fast dinner had sped off....and my fast day collapsed. But the good thing about this WOE is that I don't feel, bad or guilty or any of the other stuff I have felt on other diets. It was a life thing that got in the way. :D Here's to Monday...have a good weekend.... :D

Well said. I expect you ate less than on a normal day anyway so you can call it a partial fast.

Good for you! You'll get all the health benefits of fasting until dinner time anyway, whatever you ate after that. :)
