HI Dancersmum, maybe if you're not seeing scales move some weeks it might be worth tracking some measurements too? Like others have said, you might be loosing fat and gaining muscle tissue - better really than straightforward weight loss!

Tracking your waist might show this if you don't have body composition scales?

If you keep at it, and like you say check you're not going overboard on feeding days, then you will see the weight come off :)

Your stats are saying 7lb lost? That's a lot to go in one week. I think the average is around about 1 to 1½ lb per week so I guess your body is kind of catching up so to speak!

Just weighed in at end of second week and have lost 0.5 pounds. Nothing off waist but 1 inch off hips. I feel thinner even if scales say not much has changed. My shape feels different in a good way. :)

Lost 4 pounds the first week so 4.5 off overall.

I wonder if things will settle into a slow weight loss now of .5/1 pound a week. I would be happy with that. Will let you know, dancersmum! ;)
