Great job! And the fasting will get easier!
Well done! Doesn't it feel great to be in control. Its my third fast today, I did mean to have lunch but the builders are only just clearing up in the kitchen, so I haven't been able to get to any food. I suppose thats one way to do it! Still I now have my whole 500 calories to look forward to :-}
Hmmm must get builders in to keep me out of the kitchen LOL! Thanks, I'm chuffed!

This will soooo inspire you to keep going. I must say, I look on my fast days as the easiest days of the week - I have no choices to make, know exactly what & when I am going to eat (planning is absolutely key), know I mustn't sabotage myself by going over my 500 cals - so I don't. It's the other days that I am most likely to slip up on.....but then I am playing the long game (it can easily be a WoL once the weight has been shifted) & have long-standing habits to change!
So, keep up the good work.....& enjoy the process too!
