Glenda, if you are a daily weigher, you may like to check out one of the trending apps like Libra. There are others too. You chart your weight and it gives you a trend line and sort of irons out fluctuations. Might be helpful.
Also, do you measure yourself? The tape measure can be very friendly. I suggest measuring and recording everywhere, doing it in millimetres and then adding it up. YOu get really big happy numbers!
