When I started dieting in January at nearly 12st 7lbs, my goal was to get to 10st which was (I had calculated) my weight for a normal BMI. I have had a very lax few weeks, and some Way-Hey weekends and, not surprisingly,the last few lbs have been very slow to shift.
I weighed this morning and was 10st 1lb, just put in in the Tracker and it is now showing as an under 25 BMI.
Now I know these are just numbers, but a lovely surprise all the same
I'm now moving my goal down to 9st 7lbs which would give me a BMI of 23.7.
Onwards and downwards
