Woooo Hooooo!!!!!!
23 May 2014, 09:00
After losing on my first week and then putting on 2lb in the last two weeks, I persevered and this week lost 3lbs. With the help of all the lovely people on here, when I was so disappointed the last few weeks. I discovered as well, I was eating to little. I was eating around 1600-1700 on non fast days, but someone on here..sorry can't remember who it was. Mentioned that I should be eating around 2000 like she was, so I did this week and then tadahhh!!! Gosh...who would have thought, me eating to little lol.

I'm so happy and don't find this a struggle at all. Although some fast days are harder than others., but nothing that I can't cope with for just ONE day. So just like to say to any other newbies, if you put on after the first week, even for the next few weeks after that, just carry on. And also check your non fast days calorie intake, as like me you maybe not eating enough or eating to much.

Loving the new site by the way!!!

Well done. It does seem silly to say eat more and you lose but there you go.

Excellent news!

By the way, it's important to know that the scales are not very reliable for showing you how much fat you have shifted unless you weigh every day and plot a graph, here's why: https://www.fastday.com/fasting/why-the ... the-truth/

And here's an article about how to eat on non-fast days that you might be interested in: https://www.fastday.com/fasting/im-fast ... ting-days/
