I always take the lowest weight from these weighs in the morning, first thing out of bed, after the toilet, and before and after the shower. And I keep trying until its clear that I am not going to weigh any less....

And for some reason I can weigh 100 or 200 gr less after the shower. Who knew I was carrying that much in dirt!
Great attitude! Well done for staying positive. I wont be surprised if I've gained this week too. I'm 3 and a half weeks in to the 5:2 WOL but still find it incredibly easy to over eat on my normal eating days. I refuse to call them feast days as I reckon that'd make me even worse!! Here's to a new day tomorrow!!
thanks again for all the giggles. I have learned so much and realise now that I am not a loser for hopping up and down on my scale, naked, with two dogs watching (hey mom can you feed us?) at 7 a.m in the morning! I am going to add a weigh in on one leg before I shower, then another one after I have had a good poo, and another after I have run a few laps around the house (our house is really wee) naked (inside of the house) and then I will pop back on that scale on one leg, holding my breath, sucking in my stomach, and then hopefully the right numbers will reveal themselves! I'll let you all know how it goes next Thursday! ta ta, pm
