Well done!!!! That is amazing!
Brilliant work. Make sure you do loads of deep slow stretches if you have done it for a while.
Have to say that I have bad knees and may be should not be jogging, i have had a MRI scan and it shows that both knees have a small tear in the cartilage and will see a consultant on the 21st of this month. I did take a couple of pain killers an hour before and so far my knees are ok, i just wanted to see if my knees would be ok.
I tend to ice my knees after running to reduce inflammation. Lower weight makes them happy as well
