Are Davina's DVDs any good?
27 Jul 2013, 18:29
Hello

Has anyone tried Davina Mcall's Fit or Body Buff DVDs? Ive just found them during a tidying session so can only assume I bought them in a bout of enthusiasm...needless to say they are still in the wrapper!

I have Davina's Super Body Workout DVD. The DVD is good but she (along with the male trainer) talk too much. The time does go quickly.

I have all Davina's DVDs and love them. I love that they are relatively short and that the moves don't require the coordination of a professional dancer like some others! I'm a big fan of Davina herself though, as she's the same age as me, with 3 kids and looks great. I find her encouraging without being irritating and patronising (which is what I thought of Jillian Michaels - can't stand her!) I like Davina's Buff and Fit DVDs the best. Super body gets a bit boring for me. She always has good tunes on her DVDs too which I like. And they most definitely make you sweat!
