14 May 2014, 14:38
Sob sob my Fitbit Ultra that I had for just over 2yrs is now broke it fell apart this morning, when I got up it was hanging of my arm must of had a rough nights sleep lol. I am gutted thats been my little friend for a long time now and looks like I will have to buy another and they do not sell the Ultra in the Uk any more, not sure which one to get though any idea's would be welcome :-)
I have also emailed them to let them know about it and just waiting for a reply.

I remember when I "lost" my fitbit one - carried on like a madwoman! Did find it, right where I'd left it (in pants pocket)! I have had the fitbit one since September (this is the only one I have had) and I love it! Hope they get back to you about replacement, though. :clover:

Indeed I would be devastated too.
I've had a one, and now have a flex. Both great. But I feel the flex is better.
Also, you can now get packs of different coloured wristbands. My fave is the jade one pic below. So I can now very nearly colour coordinate.

You have my sympathy, I'd be gutted if something happened to mine!
