Hi. Has anyone here tried Erin O'Brien's Strong Body, Fit Body? I bought it recently, tried it twice and really enjoyed it as I liked the cardio and strength combo. I was wondering if anyone has done it on a sustained basis and how they found it, how you managed to get on with lifting heavier (she recommends up to 8lb for women) weights.
