Getting Sweaty! Exercise & Fitness

Hey Everyone!
I see a lot of talk about MM's exercise book. I tried to look it up on amazon but they didn't seem to have it except on amazon uk. I figured I'd ask here if anyone in America has it, or if it hasn't come out yet. Last year I wanted the Hairy Dieter's book, so I got that from book depository, which is an excellent site, but I wanted to double check since amazon is much quicker for me.
Thanks!
I live in Illinois & received my copy last weekend. I bought it on Amazon from a used seller for $6.00 I just checked, they still have several out there available to ship w/in the next few days instead of having to wait until 3/25. Expert Trading LTD was the seller for mine.
(I'm in the states) I just got it from the library and am excited to read it. I'm considering getting a piece of equipment called an "Xiser" that is a heavy-duty stepper, and very suited to HIIT. Has anyone else heard anything about this item? Although the weather here (Seattle) is great now, it'll be wet and gray soon.
