Hi convert, you could log your bike ride as an activity on Fitbit or if you ahve a smart phone use one of the GPS apps to map the ride, I have used some running ones that sync with Fitbit - Runtastic, and Runkeeper, I'm sure there are cycling equivalents.

43tweaker, you are absolutely right you do just have to keep on keeping on

I have log your run. It doesn't sync. I downloaded mapmyrun but it didn't work like MFP so I deleted it and have gone back to lyr and manually putting into MFP. All this technology! Pity that my every move and bite are now tracking through cyberspace.

Hi carie,
Yep, I had planned to have a lie-in this morning, but woke up anyway and went and.....got a new Personal Best 28:31 which is ober 30 sec faster than my previous PB - Dead Chuffed

That's good PB on a return from injury. I am plodding along. Had a day off on Thursday as had to go and see gyny man about my surgery. So tomorrow is week 2 day 1. Should be up to 5k before my op.

Really well done carieoates and SianS :)

I had a pb yesterday with my steps getting 30,000. It had bugged me that I got a badge for it when I went through two time zones without actually achieving it and really wanted to reach it at least once. I think that's it though. Never again :)

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. It's Saudi national day here on Monday so we've been given an extra day off which is lovely.

My couch to 5k journey continued..... Ooh took a wee big longer to recover from the run bit today. It's amazing how 30 secs extra running can impact on you. No hip pain either. But I must work on my play list. Had some horrible dub step in there as my son was messing about with my dock and iPhone .
