It's supposed to be really good for HIT; I can't run (at least not sprint), and am stuck indoors working during the day, so this could be a really great way for me to get in more activity. Plus, my knee has improved so much since beginning 5:2, that I'm finding it much easier to get around and now need to readjust my activity levels. Hard to move about when your knees hurt! And my foot, which is also much improved; I was even able to wear my Keens out for the day instead of Birkenstocks. A few months ago, that would have caused a few days of pain. So, seems clear to me that this WOL reduces inflammation, cause losing about 9lbs isn't enough for this much improvement.

I was thinking about one of these but haven't bought one yet. I don't have room for big equipment.
