Getting Sweaty! Exercise & Fitness

On the TV documentary The men who made us thin Jane Fonda was mentioned as an exercise guru. Well I was curious & searched on Amazon & she is now aged 73 & looks amazing & has a range of DVDs out now. I have bought three of them that are low impact, strengthening, & work on balance for the likes of me being over 60. She uses a chair to help balance & has some seated stomach & leg exercises because she has had some health problems including I think a replacement knee? but she is extraordinary & I find her amusing to watch. I did "go for the burn" with her when much younger & wondered if anyone else has rediscovered her & is also following her exercise DVDs?
Perhaps an er "older" exercising group is already happening? & we could keep each other motivated going more mildly "for the burn" to help tone up?
I will look out for these DVDs - I did quite a few of hers back in the day, complete with teeny skin tight leotard and god help me woolly leg warmers. What were we like? Oh, and of course the big permed hair!
Yes Dhana my leotard was white with pink & white striped leg warmers & I thought I looked wonderful! But I was size 10/12 then & unfortunately didn't stay that slim for long
She is on youtube

is it from the dvds you are talking about ?
Manderley that is one of her others. The ones I bought are Prime Time Walk Out 2 low impact routines & Prime Time Walk Out Trim, Tone & Flex & Prime Time Fit & Strong. I guess that Prime Time is her generic term for her older ladies DVDs
