Hi all. I need help. I am committed to this woe and the fasting is not a problem. I have accepted that the weight will not magically disappear. My problem is exercise. I hate it. I wake up one day and say ok today is it. My exercise lasts one day.
My walking is inconsistent and I would like to work on that but I need to do more. I bought kettlebells maybe two years ago. So far they are great doorstops! Does anyone out there know of a good routine on the web?
