I am trying to focus more on the simple things and was wondering if anyone new a good Android app to count the steps or do some fitness

Thanks
I just downloaded RunKeeper. It doesn't measure steps, but distance/time/calories burned. You can choose your activity - walking, running, skating, etc.
Thanks !

I'll try this one and mapmywalk and mapmyride
