You can now track your steps onto your My Fitness Pal using the IPhone 5S M7 motion sensor.
I did notice that the sleep cycle app also tracks steps now.
If you're already using these two together it now lists your steps on MFP not as activity adjustments. Should be interesting.
These all depend on you having your phone on you at all times though. So a fitbit or jawbone etc is still better. But it still saves a few pounds by not having to buy a new device doesn't it.
