If Michael Mosley told me to jump off a tall building I'd probably do it.
He did the 5:2 thing some time back. not sure of what results he had but in this article he says.
In both these books the science looks impressive. And, third, the diet has already worked for me and for people I know.
I've now been on Mosley's diet for a year and it's easy to imagine being able to do it forever. While you get a little hungry on the two diet days, you know that normal eating is just a day away.
