parkrun progress

Good morning parkrunners! Hope you all did well this morning, but I did not - 25:05 is my worst time since starting 5:2, despite (or maybe because of?) plenty of carbs yesterday. Pete, Braunstone. :frown:

Wish i had a companion to run with - feel daft doing it on my lonesome!

Anway Pete don't beat yourself up mate least your out there giving it a go and there's always next time take the rough with the smooth :)

I was the 30 minute pacer today at my parkrun so no PB.I'm usually quite breathless at the finish but holding back that little bit meant that I finished quite comfortably.

I finished OK, it was just the couple of miles before that which were rubbish! This just shows you cannot afford to miss a week (or I have dieted away too much running muscle...)
