Pulled Muscle No more Exercise
19 Mar 2013, 20:05
Ok so I've only been doing this 2weeks now but have already lost about 5Ibs which I am delighted with, but this was aided by the fact that i go to the gym 3 times a week. I've been doin the exercise since Jan and have really go into the routine. But now I've pulled a muscle in my back, can't do anymore exercise (i can barely walk let alone exercise) which makes me worried that I will now pile on the weight again if I haven't been exercising.

So I'm just wondering should I lower my calorie intake further on non-fast days to ensure the weight doesn't go back on.
The other thing is when I'm idle I eat more so I'm home earlier now as I I'm not at the gym and all I want to do is walk to the fridge at every ad break!
Any suggestions or comments on how this diet works minus any exercise??
I would leave things as they are and see how you go.

Oh, and watch the BBC as there's no ad breaks! ;)
