Has anyone else noticed that they have more energy on their fast days? I read that would happen but I'm surprised at how much more alert I feel on my fasting days than on my feed days.

My energy has been fine on fast days. I didn't expect it to be. I think there has only been 1 of 7 fast days where I didn't exercise too.
Yes, and I feel more energetic generally - it is almost worth doing just for that alone (but I would like to lose enough to get to a healthy BMI).
Oh I wish ....! On my fast days I'm totally wasted - no energy whatsoever. I've been doing 5:2 for 7 weeks now so I think I'm stuck with the lethargy.
