There was an interesting thread recently about how to distribute calories on a fast day according to the doctors in the MM documentary. They seemed to think longer fasts were better, i.e., a single meal. This was for the greatest health benefits from fasting. If you primarily want to lose weight, I don't think it matters at all. Plus, it's celery. Hardly any calories and won't spike insulin. I would just eat it and not worry.
