Nice one! Is it hot where you are? Even though you have drunk plenty of water, you may be dehydrated due to loss of electrolytes- that can cause a headache. Wee pinch of salt and sugar into your next drink or a rehydration powder could help
I'm not venturing out as it was 46C out there at 10am. And it's only mid April

ah, so it was real work sweat, not the 'I've opened the door and it's too hot sweat- kudos!
I feel better after that drink already!!
If you find yourself with a dehydration headache, eat some celery. Not only is it incredibly low in calories, but it's packed with electrolytes and got a high water content. It will certainly help relieve an aching head.
Power walking is my favourite form of exercise and I try to go for a good walk every day. I only do 30 - 45 minutes at a time and do a few leg and arm exercises during the walk that really makes my heartrate increase! I drink lots of water before and after. Good to learn about the celery tip, as I do have a few dehydration sachets on standby if my electrolyte levels go weird, but prefer to use a natural way whenever I can
I enjoy power walking too. Aiming to burn around 300-500 calories per day (ipod has a handy pedometer). Walked briskly on a fast day for the first time and it wasn't too bad at all. Lasted almost an hour before feeling shattered and had to go and eat my salmon and veg!
At least autumn in Australia has started, power walking in 35+ temperatures isn't so fun! Thanks also for the celery tip - I will bear it in mind.
