Has anyone here tried Ubound?
25 Apr 2013, 21:00
I go to a Pilates class every Friday and immediately before it they run a Ubound class which appears to be aerobics on mini trampolines. I quite fancy it and wonder if anyone on here has tried it and can give me any tips. I regularly do step classes so am quite fit and co-ordinated, just a bit nervous about the trampoline ( and falling off!).
In the UK it's called 'Boogie Bounce', I've never tried it but I have a friend who loves it! As far as tips go...don't fall off, it'll hurt :(
Hi there, I have tried to pm you re meeting up with no luck. Do you still want to meet up?
Have just sent you a PM Saltpanbay.

Thanks for the reply Joneil16. I tried it and didn't fall off! I will definitely do it again as it was a great fat burner and got my heart rate pumping. It was only a half hour class - think I will need to work up to an hour.....
