Just thought i'd ask, i'm joining it in September up in Yorkshire.
Anyone here training while fasting?
It's a 10-12 mile cross country marathon with 25 assault course style obstacles on the way! :)

I would love to do it but I think I've missed all the local ones plus none of my friends are nuts enough to consider it :-(
Started my training for this while on a fast day this Tuesday, did 5.5km on bike, 10mins rowing, then a 30min Kettlebell session and felt really great, was so surprised I had the energy!
To date i've now lost 8 pounds which is over about 3.5 weeks. I'm sure starting this stamina and core exersize will burn my problem areas even quicker! :)
