I work out with a personal trainer 3-4 times a week and most weeks will do an 8km walk on weekend. The training sessions are an hour of interval cardio and strength training. How should this be categorised for TDEE calculation purposes?

Depends how much energy you use / how elevated your heart rate is.
"Moderate exercise 3-5 times per day" is given a factor of 1.55 rather than 1.2 for sedentary. It assumes 870 cals/day extra which is at least an hour at fairly high effort - doing your walk in one hour for example.
