Holy Moly! 6 weeks to 6 pack
20 May 2013, 20:56
If you think the 30 day shred is hard, give the 6 weeks to 6 pack a go.

I actually thought I was going to expire during that workout. 20 minutes after I finished it, I can still feel stomach muscles I didn't know I had.

Jillian Michaels is a legend!
I just had a sneeky-peak at that one and ripped in 30 and I have to say the 30 day shred looks the easiest, and it's the shorted too isn't it? Maybe I'll see if I can keep up the motivation to do them all like you are! Can you see a huge difference in your body?
Yes, it's absolutely worth every muscle burn, bead of sweat and wheeze!

6W6P is a good 10 minutes longer than the shred, and you really feel it.
