Have you heard of 'the breast clap'?

Well, after three weeks on the 30 day shred, I have discovered 'the thigh clap' during the cardio sections :confused:

fyi, I've had the breast clap for years

Looks like when you stop IF, the weight goes back on. What a surprise!

I definitely have the thigh clap, though sadly no breast clap as I have very small breasts
