When I first started Shredding I was doing it in addition to some other exercise, like getting on the bike for 30-45 minutes. While I have been faithfully Shredding every day, for the past week I have done nothing else. It's only 20 minutes - does anyone else only do the Shred or a similar amount of exercise?
This may not be relevant, http://zuzkalight.com/ I read somewhere her workouts are like Jillian's. She only works out 20 min a day or so and have a big follower who has been doing her 20 minute workout for years.

Personally I walk a lot now since its nice weather. Winter in Norway is a killer and when I dont want to die from frostbite, I'll start on the shred. I only found it.....
