Hello! Am slowly losing weight with the 5:2 diet, about 1.5 pounds each week, but I really need to focus on burning the fat off my arms. In some photos they look like legs rather than arms!!
Have just started level 2 of the 30 day shred, was wondering if anyone could recommend some arm exercises? Was thinking of buying a kettlebell and working out with it at home, anyone else tried this?
