Bingo wings exercises?!

Hello! Am slowly losing weight with the 5:2 diet, about 1.5 pounds each week, but I really need to focus on burning the fat off my arms. In some photos they look like legs rather than arms!!

Have just started level 2 of the 30 day shred, was wondering if anyone could recommend some arm exercises? Was thinking of buying a kettlebell and working out with it at home, anyone else tried this?

Kettlebells are brilliant I use them at my gym and at home. TK Maxx usually have them in (if you have one locally)

Bench dips are great but remember you can't spot reduce only build muscle.
Be careful with the kettle bells its best to get an expert to show you the correct technique first.
