10 minute exercises

Hello everyone. I recently discovered this set of NHS ten minute exercises and thought a few of you may be interested. They seem to work (aching muscles the day after) and only take ten minutes so are easy to fit into a busy schedule. I've been doing this one 'bingo wings' http://www.nhs.uk/Livewell/fitness/Page ... aster.aspx as well as the 'great abs' one

Thanks for this. Im going to try them as the ten minute idea appeals. Definitely need the bingo wing exercises!
