Treadmill

Hi all

Decided to blow the dust of and clean the treadmill which we have in the shed and managed to do a 10 min run and 20 min fast pace walk and got my daily steps in at 12500 :grin:

Oh what a brilliant way to get over your recommended daily steps of 10000. Well done you! Is the dust going to settle again or will you workout again tomorrow! :wink:

Hopefully will get used tomorrow, i prefer pavement walking really so much to look at and I do a lot of thinking about things etc ;-)
