Mothers day pressie .. woop woop. done 500 steps already this morning apparently.

I cant get it to sync to my Desktop app.. any ideas. Anyone else got one? I konw theres a big fitbit crowd here
Hi!

I have the Vivofit and have been wearing it for well over a year. Did you go to the Garmin Connect site and register? Do you have the "dongle" plugged into a USB port on your computer? Other than those things, I wouldn't know what to suggest. I also have the Garmin Connect app on my phone and can sync via blue tooth if I'm not at my laptop.

Maybe a google search "Can't sync my Vivofit" would yield some answers?

finally at 1am i got it to sync by changing which usb port i put the Ant thing into. but then when i go to sync today it says its done but when i go to the connect site, steps are 0 yet ive done more than 600.

just teeting trouble i guess.

the community site is pretty useless.
