As a subset selection of part 1, Part 2 shows before and after pictures (with descriptive text) why BMI isn't the end-all of health measurement. Quite an eye-opener as well.

The way I am interpreting this is you are exchanging fat for muscle pound for pound right? I currently weigh 181lbs and even if I had all that muscle I still do not think that it is healthy. The heart, lungs and bones still have the stress of lugging that weight around.

Ouch! No way! The nutracheck link in part 3 might be helpful.

Just that there's a balance that might be obtained by each individual. Something do-able between the extremes of "I don't wanna exercise." to being a Lou Ferigno, Incredible-Hulk, Bruce Banner look-alike. :shock: :shock: :shock:
