Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.

Thank you, SianS. I'm not in the UK, and I don't have TV anyway, but maybe I can find it on the internet. I'm very interested in learning more about the science and research.
Dinner done, enough calories for a low calorie hot chocolate while I watch Horizon at 9. Back tomorrow for another fast :smile:
@SianS
will be there again, too, pretty sure :smile:
It's always so amazing that I go to bed starving (like now) and wake up the next morning without hunger. Hope to have that again tomorrow morning.

Good night to all
M :sleepy: am so darn tired today...
Here's to another successful fast day. I have got back into the swing of ADF so much better than anticipated. I hope it continues. And I hope I get a good night's sleep. I don't fare well with sleep on an empty stomach. Onwards and downwards. :like:
