Oh @Skinnyjeans I sympathise. Knees are so painful when they go wrong. We've got dodgy knees in this house. How's it going? Hope you're progressing ok. Dog walkers are very handy aren't they!
Well I hope everyone has had a good fast day. I've had my meal, which was a delicious M&S meal. I think they've really improved their recipes. Their meals taste not dissimilar to something I'd eat in a restaurant ;). Now all I have to do is wait until tomorrow lunch time...for macaroni cheese!
Before then? Weigh in

I'm in! It's noon here as I write this so I'm hours and hours behind you all! I woke up hungry this morning even though I ate my TDEE yesterday. Two big glasses of water helped. Then around 11 am I was really hungry but shortly after I noticed my pants fit looser then when I put them on this morning - great motivator!!! I've had my 100 calories of protein now and feeling super energized! I have my dinner planned out which is always a great way to keep myself on track. I can do this!!!

Well, fellow fasters, I'm in today as well. It is 6 o'clock here, I'm a little late checking in. Don't know if anyone else is around. I had some vegetable and chicken stew for lunch around 3 and now am waiting until at least 7 before I eat another meal of more chicken, a bit of rice and a large salad. I am really trying hard to wait although I am soooo wanting to eat. Had some blueberries but they haven't helped. My son had pizza for his dinner and there is one piece remaining which I want! but no! I only have 5 more hours until bed when I can say I've had a successful fast, don't want to undo the good. I'm also wanting a diet pepsi :(. Will see if I still want one when my son makes his usual Friday night trek to the store for goodies. I want to keep the sweets, even artificial ones, to a minimum from now on.
Time to do a bit of knitting and watch the news
