I am finding it odd to bring more of my food intake forward in the day (nearer breakfast time) - not that a FD allowance of 220kcals is huge tho' I am doing this on non-fast days as well - I suppose it's unfamiliar to me.
I should be out kayaking tomorrow and I'm looking forward to it enormously.
Good luck to UK and Europe-based fasters who only have a few more hours to go and to those who are further away and have nearly half the day.
*sigh*
Scales won't be amazing tomorrow.

I do this every week - and between 3 - 9 dozen of each item so i) I'm used to it ii) the sheer scale of it seems to dampen my appetite. Thurs/Fri I do the sweet items and Fri/Sat the savoury items and breads.nursebean wrote: Blimey, thats pretty impressive...baking on a fast day!
