Yes, I'm in, but struggling a bit today. I had a birthday last week and indulged in mint chocolate timtams over the weekend and now it is like I have a hook for carbs going on.?... Not had too much hardship on previous liquid fasts but feeling unmotivated and bored with it all today.
Oh no! It has been soooo good to lose weight, and fairly painlessly up til now but I seem to have hit a hurdle and am overeating. Self sabotage I suspect....
I will overcome though, just got to switch back into fat burning mode and steer clear of the high carbs.
Hang in their Judio - it'll get better soon

I'm in today - I've had a lovely weekend, lots of great food, fantastic belly pork last night. But drank far too much wine, and consequently didn't sleep well, so cross with myself. A fast and an early night is just what I need. Hoping I can fast on Wednesday as well, then off on Thursday for a festival - can't wait.

Interestingly I had cooked breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday, and skipped lunch both days, because I wasn't hungry, and then really enjoyed dinner, which I hope is the start of me listening to my body properly.
Hi all. I'm in too. Had my last late night snack at 10:30pm, so 10:30am on the 20th it shall be.
I'm going to try and only drink water but may need coffee to avoid the addiction headache.
Tuesday is weigh in day, however, I may have overdone the eating this weekend. Days are easy but the nights, oh the nights are tough. Too much eating out of stress.
I'm in today, have gone up a lb this morning which puts me back in obese category! Darn it! Clearly weighed on a fat day! Not too worried though as will be back down again next week no doubt! Off to see a friend today with the kiddies and she knows about the fasting so will be fine with me not eating which is handy.
I'm in, had a lovely weekend (not too overindulgent for a change) but I do look forward to my Monday fast, complete rest for the system
Morning all! Task accomplished and now considering a bacon bagel to break my fast! Nom, nom, nom!
I was in yesterday until about 10pm at which point I had crisps and chocolate...........what am I doing!!! The last couple of weeks I've been struggling and I've also been starting feed days with the T word. Today I've gone back to having full fat greek yogurt, fruit and nuts for breakfast and I'll see if that makes a difference.
Hi I am back liquid fasting and really finding it so much easier this time around as not being plagued by headaches. Really making sure my fluid consumption is good with plenty of water herbal teas etc. Glad to be back oh and the weight is shifting too.

I do consume calories but brings me in around 350
I was able to finish well. Breakfast, eaten at 10:30am, was two slices of toast with three eggs, sunnyside up, and a sliced tomato. It's almost 2:30pm here and only now am I thinking about lunch.

Morning. I'm in today, not sure if 100% liquid, or may have something low cal/low carb tonight. Had a wonderful day yesterday for youngest's 15th birthday; pancakes, pasta, tiramasu - and a lush ripe cheeseboard in front of GBBO. All lovely, so very happy to be fasting today, despite only a days gap between fasts this week. Off to a festival tomorrow, so will be on the carbs and booze for the weekend. In some ways looking forward to Sept, and a more regulated life, but this is turning into a wonderful August so I'm making the most of it. My weight is bobbing around a few pounds higher than before my holidays, so there's work to be done, but Libra is showing a downward trend still.

Who else is in today ?
I'm in today, off to my Mum's to stay for a week and she's right on the beach so should be fab! Today I'm actually going to wear my size 18 jeans which now fit! Whoop! Looks like I'll need a new wardrobe very soon!
Many happy returns to your daughter minumonline and enjoy your festival! :0)
Hi there I'm in.
Today is my 4th Liquid fast :) but I will have a banana or light snack around 530pm as i have a hard body combat class at 730 this evening and last time i tried with nothing but liquid on board i felt faint.

I have not yet weighed and not going to as when the scales dont show my hard work i've put in then i want to dive head first into chocolate cake! So I'm perciveering and waiting for my trousers to fall down :)
Decided to have a meal tonight for various reasons - less than 500 cals today overall. Trying to work out if I feel any different tonight than I did on Monday when I didn't eat.

I'll be back in Monday, as I'll be on my own and travelling back from the weekend away,so should be easy. Nice bonus of fasting is the money I'll save - I used to spend a fortunate buying snacks when I was travelling.

But meanwhile I'm off to party tomorrow
