Fabulous weekend of fun, well washed down with red wine and real ale. Looking forward to fast today and waking up tomorrow feeling better than I do now.

Weight loss stalled for over 2 months now, so I'm really hoping it'll break soon. I'm out to dinner tomoz, but otherwise a quiet week, so hopefully low carb and NEAT will be effective
Yes I'm in. I have a tricky week ahead so keen to get this under my belt!
I'm in too, after a fabulous weekend which involved a 3 day food and wine festival... so yes, enjoying today's fast. Although I am feeling bloody hungry now at 5pm, luckily have a game of soccer in an hour which will help get rid of the hunger waves.
I'm in as well. Was working on Saturday but had a great day sailing yesterday. It was pretty windy so we had to work hard to keep the boat from capsizing so my muscles ache today.

I've been 4:3ing over the past few weeks and whilst it work initially it isn't now. I have found myself with many failed fasting days and I've been eating poorly on normal days. So back to 5:2 and the Hairy Dieters new book for tomorrow's dinner.
That's an awful lot of paper to eat wildmissus!
Did a cheeky Sunday fast yesterday so I could have a Monday fast free to make a change and because I may fast Tuesday this week as might fit in better so I'm done! Good luck Monday fasters :0)
I'm in too, with not much left of the day now, thankfully! Was a lovely day so whiled away the afternoon gardening. Torchwood and Beauty and the Beast on tv tonight so that should occupy me for the rest of the evening!

Hope you get results soon Minumonline!
I am in too. 2 liquid fasts in a row, today and tomorrow and probably a 16:8 on wednesday as I'll have a big and nasty day and won't be hungry for breakfast anyway.
I'm in for a complete liquid fast today - much needed after a very indulgent weekend!

ATB to everyone fasting today.
Not the easiest today, but totally doable. Snuggled on the sofa now with a cup of tea and my knitting, looking forward to lots of loveliness and liveliness for the rest of the week.

In theory I'm just starting out on 16:8 on feed days, I'm out tomorrow night, so should open my window around 1.00pm. Not sure how that's going to work, as I'm usually starving the morning after a liquid fast (I've been known to get up and cook breakfast at 5.00am !) I want to give it a try though, as I'm sure once I make it habit I'll find it OK.
Just passed a major test!

24 hours into my fast, and I've cooked my wife's fast day meal for her - an omelette, m/waved potato and peas.

And I've watched her eat it while we're watching the Hairy Bikers - and I had a black coffee!

Cheese and mushroom omelette:
1 whole egg and two egg whites
100g fried mushrooms
20g grated cheese

With 100g potato and 50g frozen peas with brown sauce.

Comes to a little over 300 cals.

Only 4-5 hours 'til bedtime!
Bahaha Minumonline I do that regularly! Now it's back to decent weather, I'm at least taking the dog for a walk first, so it was about 7 this morning. (And oh what a breakfast, Pumpkin seed bread toast with cream cheese, avo and tomato, plus banana, strawberries and a few macadamia s for "dessert", all washed down with cups of tea... Mmmmmmm)
Liquid fasting today but I'm only 5-6 hours from bedtime now. My son just made dinner and the house smells fantastic. Mouth is watering so it's time for a great big swallow of water. ;)

Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow after AM exercise and weigh in.
Second day of my liquid fast. The really big issue I have is with cold. My hands and feet are crazy cold and it's sometimes a pain in the butt. :curse:

I really prefer liquid fast to "normal" fast. It's easier to deal with. It seems that the fact to not have to chew don't trigger my hunger and I don't feel it. Even on the second day.

Tonight will be another soup, maybe a vietnamese these time with all the flavours and spices
What are you guys having for your liquid fasts? I haven't checked this thread before.
