Glad to have some fellow plateau-ers, although I wish we could all come off them! I usually do 2 LFs a week, but for the last couple of weeks I've done Monday as a LF, but Thursday as 24 hours no cals, then eating normally in the evening, as I've been going out. I suspect this will be the pattern till after Christmas now.
I usually do two liquid fasts a week, but weight loss was steadier with an extra fast day when I sometimes did a full fast and sometimes a half fast, feels too cold for that at the moment! I am also working on changing my look and bought some boots and jeggings (can't believe I can now wear these kinds of trousers). Have been trying on various clothes and finding they now look ridiculously big and baggy! Even my waist is putting in an appearance!
Fasting today, off to the gym shortly. Chugging along with black tea splashed with milk and some herbal teas. All the best to fellow fasters for today

@mariposa finding the same re wardrobe, my whole way of dressing out the window as clothes style I used to like (or maybe hide behind) clothes are huge and baggy. Last winter tmigrated to jeggins, skirts just to knee with tights and ankle boots still worked with my tops. Now it is summer here and another wardrobe rethink required, time to alter some nice linen pants but a a non sewer that will be fun, not :(
