I'm in for a very low calorie 36 hour fast - hoping to go under 120 cals for the dinner tomorrow.

After the amount I've eaten this weekend, it'll come as a relief!

I'm off to a flyer already, since we finished our evening meal at 5.45pm. Not having a pudding makes it easier! :)

Anyone else?
I'm here too. It's lovely and sunny here at the moment so I'm hoping to distract myself with a bit if gardening. Have a good day everyone!
I'm normally here on a Monday, but enjoying the public holiday today so thought I'd switch it up this week.
I'm in.
Me too. A weekend of entertaining makes this feel very necessary.
Morning folks.... OK - count me in too please... not sure I'll manage going straight back into a liquid only fast - but I'll give it my best shot (seeing as I signed up for the 69ers Christmas campaign I'm going to need all the help I can get.... so here goes). Nice to be back here on the forum seeing all the familiar names etc.
I'm in too for my second liquid fast - so full from last nights takeaway that I hope it won't be too much of a struggle. Have trusty homemade mushroom soup (58cals) for dinner if necessary
I'm in...after over carbing at the weekend. I have to do something to get off this plateau so today and Thurs will be liquid fasts and Tues and Wed will be very low carb days. I'm on hols this week as it's the October school holidays (tattie howking holidays!). The schools are off for 2 weeks and a day! I'm pretty tired these days so I will get out of bed when I want to this week which will help with the low carb days and I'll have scrambled eggs and bacon - sorry shouldn't say that on a fasting day. The other thing I've discovered is the possible reason I often feel yuk on fast days - it could be due to low sodium levels and/or low blood pressure. Apparently the way to solve it is to have a cup of bouillon, so I have my tub of marigold to the ready.

My day today will be housework this morning, into Inverness this afternoon to get the girls winter boots, pilates at 6pm and then couch potato.
I'm in too. I may aim for a <120 day like Breadandwine but my cals will come from a cup a soup and hot chocolate so that's liquid right?
I could not do that , having said that I would not have believed I would be able to go all day without food but I do on fast days, with just an evening meal so never say never :) and good luck
Hi I'm new to all of this, please can someone tell me what is 'allowed' on a liquid fast day?

For example, does it include thin / watery soup? (homemade)

Thank you...
Couldn't do full liquid but it was sub-200 cals so I'm happy with that.
