Did my first 36 hour liquid fast Thursday last week and I was suprised how easy it was for me.
Off on holiday next Monday, so I'm going to try and schedule 3 fasts this week. For once I can do one over the weekend, as OH is away, so I should be able to fit it in. I just spotted an advert for a food festival down the road, so that's Sunday spoken for
Not sure it will get used to it either, since the agreement I have with my wife, ATM, is that I'll only LF one week out of four.
Quite pleased with myself in that I've made two fruit loaves this evening (change of plan from the Chelseas I was all set to make) and I'm not in the slightest bit tempted!
Lesson for us all there, Doey, with that banana! You have my sympathy!
I've said for a long while now, that first nibble is so dangerous.
Been doing 5:2 for 7 weeks and have averaged 2lb per week. I still have a bit of a muffin top and wondered if the LF would be better at moving this?
I'm in today - going for 3 fasts this week, before we fly off next week. Monday's fast was easy this week, but I'm home today. I'm off to Pilates at lunchtime, then out to tea (black) with friends this afternoon, then on my own tonight, so I think it should be OK.
Anyone else in with me?
