Tues 11th March. Fasting today: I may be the first one this morning? Been to the gym at 7am for a group workout, fantastic it was, 50g blueberries, 50g yoghurt with coffee plus 1 tspn coconut oil to see me on my way till this evening. Celeriac cottage pie tonight, very tasty too. Meantime good perseverance everyone (where are you all?), and we are all hoping for a weight drop by tomorrow, feeling fitter and livelier. I know it works to steady my eating between whiles. :heart:
Hi, Tuesday has arrived again and I'm hoping the last 4 days haven't completely sabotaged my efforts. Seem to have been eating non-stop so its almost a relief to be fasting. Good luck to all. :clover:

Today is my 4th fasting day. My 3rd day ( Sunday ) went a bit pear shaped, instead of 500 i reached 900 :oops:
Still, im determined to make today count as tomorrow is my weigh in day. Going to get a good long walk with the dog today to keep busy and my mind occupied :wink:

I'm just about to nod off. Even though I don't find fast days too hard anymore by this time of night (9.30) I just want them over with. Myfitnesspal says I've had 351 calories so I'm happy with that. BBQ garlic chicken thigh with a big salad. Good luck everyone!

I'm going to try fasting today, I'm still off sick from work.
I just couldn't fast yesterday with feeling so awful, so I'm going to try Tues/Thurs/Sat fasting. Happy fasting all
I'm also fasting today. Went to work at 5:30 this morning so I've been awake ofr 6 hours now without food. Good news is that because I went to work this early I can soon go home and take a nap :). That should shorten the wait for dinner ;)
back on the wagon - first fast in months .... nothing to eat so far but not sure what to have for lunch .. any ideas?
Not many ideas for today's meal. Probably grilled fish and salad.
Today's my last fast before a few days away with my partner and his kids, including a couple of days at Disneyland. I don't think I'll be very motivated to fast there so I might as well enjoy it and get back on track next week. Good luck to fasters today and the rest of the week.
Im in today as I was on a days holiday yesterday..

Ive had little to no calories so far and saving all for dinner.

It wasn't meant to be that way but the low cal chicken soup I just attempted to eat was rank! So I will go without...
I abandoned the 5:2 ship for a while but am back on-board today! I dunno, guess we'll see if I can get my sea legs back....
I'm in. I had a work thing last night, so I postponed until today. I've eaten breakfast and I think I will have a banana before I go out for my C25K training this afternoon. Then I will have the rest of the calories for dinner!
:frown: Not a brill day, tried hard but had a social event, so I'm afraid I hit the 1000 cal mark. :shock: :curse:
Will have to try harder over the next couple of days! :clover:
I fasted with you guys today but after having had a really hard time fasting the last couple of weeks I found myself not wanting to post anything this am, so not to jinx it...totally silly and illogical but oh well...I hit a weight loss plateau a couple of weeks ago but I am hoping that today's great fasting might help kick-start it again.
Swapped my daily 5 mile stroller walks with runs with the stroller (or hobble along kind of jogs haha) and man it's kicked my butt!
Glad to be back fasting with you fabulous ladies and gents and see you next fast day! :like:
