After one day of window fasting I weighed 55,8 kg. Going down anyway. :smile:

After a Friday night's supper, my weight is 55.9 kg. Not too bad. And I am glad there has been some activity on this forum here.

Having been gone from Internet again and hard to control my eating while away. 55.8 kg this morning.

It still seems very quiet here. I am not fasting so seriously now, since I am going away aain at he end of the month, Today weight 55.8 kg.

I am not writing here now, because I am not fasting so seriously now. I will visit a friend in the beginning of November. Thinking of starting a serous fasting routine after that!
