My second fast day of the week. My fast days are only 400 calories (1500 TDEE)
I am currently making a big batch of low calorie vegetable soup for lunch and to freeze for next week. Dinner tonight is a small (75g) turkey steak with salad. After that a Sugar free Hartley's jelly and some fruit. Black coffee without sugar (luckily that's how I like it anyway) and lots of water.
I've been doing liquids in the morning (a nice cup of coffee with shockingly low calorie coconut milk!) and will make a spicy turkey/bean soup tonight. I discovered they're selling pomelos at my local Lidl recently may have a segment of that as my 'something sweet' with my evening cuppa...

I must have missed your introduction so a belated Welcome, @Carol A. It's good to see you on one of the Fasting Today threads.
I hope that you're settling in well to this new WOL - any questions, do speak up. There are many veteran fasters here who may be able to answer your enquiry or point you to where you might find more information.

I've had three black coffees and a bottle of water so I'm sloshing around a bit now. I had half a coconut in the fridge and I thought that it would make a nice natural, healthy snack, until I looked up the calorie content that is!!! Wow that's high!! It went back in the fridge.
Just having a Marigold and half Oxo for lunch so more sloshing.
After a recent splurge to buy a vitamix blender, I'm eating one meal at lunchtime of about 300 calories and drinking green smoothies thoughout the day. I'm delighted that not only the number on my scale has gone down but that I feel lighter and less bloated despite all the fiber I'm eating.
I think I've found my maintenance plan
Three hours and counting.
I've been at home all day clearing out cupboards and the freezer. Needed to be better organised.
Just had some mixed bean soup for tea.
Working all weekend but feel good after today's house cleanse!
