Fast Wednesday 12th November
12 Nov 2014, 09:48
Anyone else in? I normally start on a Tuesday but had to delay. Good luck to everyone :clover:
You look lonely there edguf! Good luck with your fast day. I've had a successful one and in bed already.
Wednesday is one of my typical 4:3 so, belatedly, I'm in for today... :)

Grey and overcast, so I might swap tonight's Mediterranean casserole for a Winter vegetable stew...
Today is my first true fast. . Wish me luck and good luck to you!!
I fasted today as well, instead of tomorrow because mum wants to go out for pancakes for lunch and I am not going to pick just the salad option when we do!! Have done a 700 cal fast which meant I could have lunch and dinner, because mum doesn't think I should be losing any more weight, and she is probably right, but I wanted to negate the damage from the chocolate serious overindulgence I had last night...
(My GP also thinks I have lost more weight than I should for my age and is testing me for everything he can think of to check that I am not sickening for something....)
I'm in.
Hot and sour soup for midday pick me up. Salmon and jacket potato tonight.
Welcome @earth2terra! Hope it goes well.
I did three 16:8s last week (house guests), so my first full day for a while. Going ok, so will just keep off anything solid until tonight, just sticking to my tried and tested of coffee with skimmed milk and lots of sparkling water.

Yep I'm in! I've discovered that "Cook" (frozen ready cooked meal company) do a range of under 400 cal dishes. Though I love to cook, and always used to on fast days too, I've started having these instead. Not big portions (obviously), but they taste really good, and a few mins in the microwave and their done. Lovely. Looking forward to moroccan meatballs later (all three of them!!).
I caught my foot earlier and tweaked my back so I'm now in hour 8 of gritting my teeth and attempting not to scream (with occasional, brief failures).

   Currently, a plague on lower backs and their stupid vulnerabilities. Upside, I don't even vaguely have a fantasy that some Peanut M&Ms or some chocolate would reduce the pain. Progress of sorts, yes? :)
I'm back to doing ADF for a few weeks, to correct some maintenance weight creep. Today's my second down day and it's going really good, though I need to stop looking at holiday cookie/candy recipes online  First thing tomorrow morning I'm doing some major baking, lol.
